How to log in

  1. Connect to the router's Wi-Fi or plug in with Ethernet.
  2. Enter 10.0.0.1 in your browser's address bar and press Enter.
  3. Sign in with the admin credentials on the router's label, or your ISP app login for some gateways.
  4. If it won't load, your gateway may be a different address.

Xfinity and Comcast note

On Xfinity gateways, 10.0.0.1 opens the admin page, but many settings are managed in the Xfinity app instead. The default admin login is usually admin / password unless you changed it.

If 10.0.0.1 won't open

Try 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1, or check your device's default gateway with our router IP guide to find the exact address.
